Love that you provide that personal touch of caring. All My questions were answered and everything done happily and to my satisfaction. Appreciate everything you did to make servicing my car easy and pleasant for me. Having the shuttle available was life-saving.
Jonathan was pleasure to work with very happy. The only one suggestion I may have is that if you leave the car all night inside the shop plus with windows open, the vehicle absorbs all the fumes from the shop and then smells very bad next few days. A lot of people are allergic or sensitive to smells. Nobody wants their beloved almost new cars to smell like an old used truck that leaks fumes and gasoline in to the cabin, when they pick up the car.

Phil always takes such good care of me and my vehicle whenever we need a service, but this time around he truly went above and beyond. He saw me right away without an appointment and made sure my car was safe, when I was worried about an issue. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Phil was great. Called first thing in the morning to clarify my service request and called several times throughout the day. Was not pushy or trying to scare me into extra service and was very personable and professional. I actually hate going to the dealership bc the service advisors are so pushy and employ scare tactics. After my interaction with Phil I will feel comfortable going back for more service at Galaxy.
Everything went well there’s not much to do to a truck with 3000 miles but I plan on keeping my truck a long time and it’s good to know Toyota cares

Service staff was polite and professional. Is it normal to take an hour and a half to rotate tires when I made an appointment? I have never had to wait so long and a regular mechanic shop?
Problem say check engine.Jonathan inform me has problem with purge VSV for Evaporator.He ordered the parts already.It is still in warranty.Thank you Jonathan for taking care of my truck.Waiting my parts to arrive @replace it.

Bob M is great and the only person I’ll make an appointment with. He is the man. However a heat shield we discussed verbally (I forgot to list on my appointment, my fault) which is missing a screw and hangin off the body was not fastened back on. At the drop off he mentioned that sometimes there’s complications with rust and screwing them back on, but there was no follow up on that at any point after drop off. To fix my brakes, the tech on the job would have been looking right at the dangling heat shield.
