Ok. This is the second email I received re: my service appt today. Enough. Phillip was professional, offered me a few options of services to be provided and my appointment was concluded within an hour and a half as he predicted. Please, no more surveys! He was great and my car is serviced every 5000 miles at Galaxy so I assume Toyota is doing their best for me. My last Toyota had 180,000 before I sold it to a friend.

The service was excellent. My rep Philip Dahrouge was very helpful and accurate explaing the procedures and work being done. My particular concern my feeling that the fee for what I needed was high. The problem: my Prius' right front turn light was out. The local garage could not reach the bulb,orbulb unit. Follow up at Toyota service was quick and but seems a bit expensive, $104. I cannot complain at all about the staff at Service. Thank you.

Jon was very helpful and described the problem with reasonable suggestions, and arranged loaner car. He also reported detailed status about parts ordering, arrival time and pick up time. As of feedback, it would be better if the car loaner service get improved. (I waited more than 1.5 hours for car loaner; more time than the technician checked the problem of my car)
