I wasn’t happy about having to come back a second time because the problem wasn’t fixed. Then to be told I had to update my navigation and pay for it to unfreeze it. So it still is not fixed. I appreciate getting the loaner car but nothing was offered due to the inconvenience.
My service code was not reset and I live a half hour away.

Terrific experience, as expected. “EXCELLENT” indeed. Driving to Weir Canyon Acura today was a 94 mile round trip journey. That’s quite a distance to drive for an oil change and tire rotation. I drove those miles because I had time to do so but mostly because Weir Canyon Acura doesn’t disappoint. There is an authorized Acura service facility that’s possibly a mere 10 miles from my home. I have been there often. But I prefer the Weir Canyon experience. That’s where my Service Drive Manager Brian Tritz works.
