Lisa, my sales associate, was great, the drivers side mirror still is not right. It looks like a fun house mirror- this is the fourth mirror, the first shook at highway speed, the second shook at highway speed, the third was like looking at a fun house mirror, and this newest install is the same fun house type mirror. On a positive note, after two resets and now a replacement the touch screen seems to be working better.
Someone should **** you to your vehicle. After sitting for 90 minutes and paying, walking around the parking lot in the cold searching for my car was a little unnecessary.

She helped me for check in for oil change .On her recommendation change cabin air filter which I didn’t plan for $51 + Tax .. when I bring your coupon for $10 off she denied to honor it because of complementary oil change given for making me visit service center for 5 times for same issue which is still unresolved . Very surprised by not honoring your own coupon!!!!

On another note, I have leased at least one, sometimes up to three, Honda’s since 2001. 15 plus vehicles either leased or purchased. I was looking for one while I was waiting for my car to be serviced today. Imagine my disappointment that Honda Universe has no inventory, and the few pre-owned cars you had were a minimum of $10K overpriced each. Good luck, either fix your supply chain or I have bought my last Honda.

My car was finished in a reasonable amount of time. The tire rotation and oil settings were both reset. Very satisfied. Lisa Barrett’s is a professional. She is courteous and helpful in recommending needed services.
The time I waited for an oil change was a bit extreme. I was told it would be about 45 min. When I made the app but when I came in I was told 1hr 20min. Was closer to 2 hrs.
