Terrible service advisors in general... I'm a costumer since 2012 when I got from you guys .. all the services been performed at Honda Universe .. there's always a problem when I need getting fixed something, If I got diagnostic for any issue whatever can be , it ended whit something else when I got there and ready for pick up .... I had really bad service experience this last time , they promise date to getting fixed and Wasn't done, I'm back to service twice on the same week just for check up and I had to live whit my vehicle because you guys don't have time to get the parts in .. which it's not up to me but ,however .. I been told just dropped off when Idid called again to see what happened because It's over a month since a got there first time ..my Wife drove all the way to drop off because Iwas told, she got rejected for service advisor name "Lisa " because she said don't know anything about..Second time already back and forward. by the way , not nice it all ,and really bad attitude all the time ..not the first time been attended by her .. after that I was waiting another couple weeks and nobody call me it all for some info .. which is really bad for costumer service.. I have to call my self and make another appointment ". On top of wherever Idid paid, I have to paid some other issue which wasn't diagnosed before.. unexpected expenses for any budget... September 21st to November 16th just for putting Two sensors tires. Ido espend a lot money wiht you guys and it's not fair been treated like that..I ask for the manager couple times and nobody know anything.. I hopefully the Management read this and checking all the service crew ..I'll never comeback for Services at Honda Universe Again..nobody deserves been treated like that sorry!
Lisa was very amazing at her job she kept me up to date the entire time and let me know a few concerns she had for me before I left on a 1,000+ mile trip to Miami…Very pleased with her help and will return whenever I need my car serviced!
