It waa the best experience I have had yet taking my vehicle to Weir Canyon since 2017. Jesus was friendly and kind and went above and beyond several times during the experience. I hope we will be working together again for my next service!!!! Excellent indeed.

Every time I pull into the drive for service, I'm told by the lot attendant to wait in the car.
This is with an appointment.
So, I wait in the car. Then it's been too long to keep idling. So eventually I shut off the car because nobody has come.
By this time I open my driver door since it's hot. Still nobody comes.
Today, after 15 minutes of that, I'm at the point where I go inside I pick up parts for my service ahead of time while waiting for somebody to come.
So today, now I can clearly be seen putting parts for service in the passenger seat.
By this time it's been 34 minutes and I'm now standing outside the car staring straight into the service advisors desk area, and they are all coming out and assisting costumers who arrived after me and are behind me.
After all that, and being ignored while I'm clearly visible, I walk in and ask directly to them all, "Is somebody going to check me in." And then the service advisor who ended up helping me out has thy audacity to ask, "For which car?"
By now I'm outside again and it takes another 5-10 minutes for the guy to come out.
My car wasn't even pulled back to the bay area until 1:42 when my appointment was at 1:00 PM.
Also, this has happened once before.
Honestly, if you treat customers of certain ethnic background or appearances this way, I'm going to have no choice but to leave a 1-star review on Google.
And no, your surrounding community does not scare me. What are they going to do? Lynch me?

Jesus did a great job advising me of what services were needed, explaining the services, and delivering the car on time.

This is the lease vehicle and I was under the impression that all services were covered under the lease program oil changes, tire, rotations, and such
