No reason....Mark was very thorough and checked himself for a matter we asked about in our car, non working rear power window.
There was a weird smell of a scented smell in my vehicle after I got it back, like something was sprayed in the car but nothing was cleaned that would make it appear to be a cleaning smell. Unclear why this occurred and it needs to aired out of my vehicle cause it was a strong and overpowering smell. I wish it was clear why this happened.
Service advisor Jesus Avalos does not want to address my concerns and is very rude in replies. Unprofessional and he does not represent your team well and show no concerns for customers. I would like someone to contact me to further discuss my concerns
