The customer service was not good.. Felt like Christopher was having a bad day. The interaction was just off not really friendly. The cost and service recommended to me felt like I was being taken advantage of. I had a bad engine coil. Number 2 coil was misfiring. Your service department wanted to charge me $2400 to l take off 4 screws and the 4 screws that held the coil in place.. that’s seriously a rip off. I personally wouldn’t return. But thanks for asking me. Unfortunately someone would pay that ridiculous price.

Chis was exceptionally friendly, he also kept me up to speed how much longer my car would take. Chris also came by to check up on me to see if I needed anything. Even though my wait was a two hour wait . It went by very fast. Thanks to Chris

Quite frankly I wasn’t too happy with the service adjuster, he seemed annoyed everytime I asked him a question, I don’t think he has customer service skills, i asked him if they could give me a ride home or get a loner in case I was gonna be there for a long time and he looked at me and said we only provide that service for repairs that , how I understood him by his demeanor that were worth it, as if I was not gonna be spending almost 800 dollars, when. I received my car I asked why my car wasn’t washed, they always gave me a car wash he said, well we stopped doing that a month ago, but it wasn’t what he said , it was how he said it! His whole vibe was like he didn’t want to deal with me, honestly I would not go back if it wasn’t because my husband wants to have every service done there because that’s where we purchased the vehicle,

No more CAR wash, so disappointed when the lady who helped said that it was discontinued. I have to wait 2 hours for the service, there’s no more Lyft (uber)up to my house. I can only be drop off at the mall. The last time I had oil change, there was 1.) Car Wash 2.)they drop me off at my house & picked me up .

I have been waiting for a call back from Stacie for well over a week. We have left her two messages and she is ignoring us. I am pretty upset and may not use Metro Acura any longer for my two Acuras. There is no excuse for ignoring us this long.
