I usually go to DCH Tustin. Even if I go in for a simple oil change, I get a car wash. They usually do the tire rotation for free. I come to you guys for an oil change, get charged for another service (that isn't due until 30,000 miles) and get charged for tire rotation (you take the tires off any way to do the differential service). On top of that, you recommend another $250 worth of service that I don't need. And then... see starts chatting with another customer and while my car is ready, I'm still sitting in the waiting area for an extra 20 minutes. Next time, I'd rather drive 48 miles to Tustin than to get ripped off and forgotten about!
My car was not washed. I also didn’t agree when I asked for my A/C to be checked and was told I need to agree to a diagnostic fee when it’s under warranty.

Stacie went above and beyond and was extremely helpful, she informed me of my 2 year maintenance coverage so my service is included in my package for 2 years, where as the other Acura dealerships were charging me for my servicing which was not okay. I’m am very grateful to have been assisted by her and she was very Nice and patient with me. Thank you so much Stacie!
