Luis was exceptional in keeping me informed of the repairs that needed to be done to my truck and was understanding of my request to go ahead and change all the diesel exhaust sensors since the mechanic was already into the area of repair. He was very thorough in explaining the concerns of the technician that the possibility of something breaking while trying to replace the sensors due to the components being 14 years old and original to the vehicle with 207,000 + miles on it. I appreciated their concerns and honesty which made the decision to proceed easier, even knowing it will probably cost me more money now, but confident that those completed repairs will be to my advantage for the foreseeable future. Thank you again to Luis and the technician that made this unfortunate situation easier to deal with.

I'm still not sure about my invoice. My Taurus has a quote for a $4800 repair but I can't tell if it's parts, labor or both. I also can't tell if it's a repair or replacement, which makes me nervous as the Duratec 35 is poorly reviewed online for the internal water pump failures that Ford refuses to acknowledge.
I do appreciate however, the willingness to accept my vehicle for inspection on a same day time frame.

I was told to bring my car in at 8:00. It appears 4 other customers were as well. There was no one to check us in at 8:00. A employee did come in at 8:05 and start chhecking us in. 20 minutes later 1 more employee showed up to help. I know 5 minutes late isn't a big deal but 3 of the 4 customers were there on time. If there are multiple checkins scheduled for the same time, there should be more than 1 or 2 workers there.
