Repair was not properly tested after being fixed. I picked up car & discovered backup camera still had problems. Service department employee was shown the problem & is ordering a new part.
The screen on my Ford Explorer is still malfunctioning. The update didn’t fix anything.

I am pleased with the friendly yet professional attitude of everyone I had contact with. Also, I appreciate the complete check the mechanic did while completing the recall issue. He found a leaking coolant reservoir and was able to replace that T the same time.

I've already talked with David in service about my experience. What was mentioned to him was the part left in my front seat, which did leak onto the car's seat that David cleaned, as well as the history of my car's A/C going out for the fourth time in about 3 years, the first time while under the car's extended warranty. I was not charged previously as it was covered under warranty, but this time I was. I don't understand why the car has had the exact same issue, and each time the fix only lasts 1 year. What I did not mention was the state the car was in when I got it back. The exterior was filthy, and there are streaks on the inside of the windshield that were not there. I feel like when I bring my car in for service, I should receive it back in at least as good of condition as it was when dropped off.
