Took like a month to give my car back and it was the 3 time I took it in for the same problem the last time they never updated me on the car and went in and the car was aready done and they never called it was just sitting there Collecting dust never bothered to wash it when I went for it
Both issues I took the vehicle in for are still there. I took a day and a half off work. Expedition going back Monday.
Today was i able to get my transmission looked at just like I made the appointment for. While the wait was a tad long, I was able to get it in here the fastest out of the 4 other dealers in my area. I drove over an hour and a half was delighted with their service advisors and had a great chat with another customer while waiting. I greatly appreciate the service I got today and will be back.

Overall I'm happy with Will Tiesiera Ford and plan on continuing to come back for maintenance needs. I would have appreciated more communication though. I dropped off the car on a Tuesday and didn't get it back until Friday and was not given an estimate on how long the work would take and was not given updates on progress. It ended up being fine because I was working from home that week and didn't need the vehicle, but had this been any other week, that would have been a significant hardship that I was not able to plan for because I was not told up front that I wouldn't have a car for 4 days. I did receive texts from Jose saying I could ask for updates, and twice I texted back asking for updates but never received any. Again, I'm happy with W.T. Ford, you have treated me very well in the past, and this time was probably a one off. Thank you for the overall good service.

Service Department personnel were very friendly & helpful. I had spoken to Joyceline Pimentel a few weeks ago regarding a Recall on my vehicle & she informed the parts had not been received for the particular Recall, however she took my name & phone number & called me when the parts were received & scheduled an appointment within a few days. I have taken my vehicle to other Ford dealerships for service & did not receive the personal service & attention I received today with your department. Thank you all so very much.
