Mr. James Boyd was awesome! I normally shy away from dealership service departments and stick to smaller, independent repair shops. But in this case I came to the dealership for them to diagnose and fix the error of a smaller shop. And boy am I glad. Mr. James Boyd is a straight-shooter and his candor was very refreshing. His honesty and candid conversation was very much appreciated. To be quite honest, he makes me actually WANT to get my car serviced here in the future. I appreciate the care he took and the thorough nature in which he explained everything. Please value this employee! I am a stickler on customer service and this gentleman has made a believer out of me. I will definitely return.

Total lack of communication for the first 24 hours after I dropped off the car, after I was told the service might be 3-4 hours. I understand the wait for parts, etc., but I needed to know that my car would be in the shop for two and a half days. Not a huge deal, but room for improvement.
