I had a 3:30pm appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. The frustration isn’t from waiting but from the lack of communication from any of the staff. I had to go inside to ask what was going on.
Very nice and polite. Estela has good communication skills. Honda service reps very professional and very friendly.
Customer service horrible !
Honda should hired associates who can make the difference ,Honda should train their workers on how to treat the customer.
Car mechanical should give the advise not people like Estela ,she does not have experience with cars ,she is not a mechanic

She called with 1st estimate that was 880. She could not explain what the parts and labor breakdown where. When I told her to get an itemized estimate for breakdown of labor and parts she never called back. I had to follow up the next day found out she was not in and didn’t tell anyone about my vehicle. Another advisor Gary figured out what I needed and helped out. He got the information I asked for and the estimate dropped to 520. The repair was completed the next day earlier than promised. Gary and tech did great job. My opinion isella is not ready for her role and may need further training or at least better communication with the customer. Thanks
