Mark Gray purposely did not return my several messages left in his phone, service manager, and with the receptionist. It was 12:35 pm and on that I was calling checking the status of my car. I had a 9am appointment. He states a text message was sent however, my phone received no text. I had to continually call back. Mark was not answering his desk phone. I asked receptionist to send me to anyone that could assist me. A woman, did not get her name, told me my car was ready. It was after 1:15pm. I arrived to pick up my car. When I asked Mark about not returning my calls me stated they sent a text. When I asked him why he didn’t return my many messages, obviously entering after the time of the text, don’t you think you should return the call. He stated with a clear short NO. I dislike mark gray. I had to bother the receptionist about 10 times to finally get someone to speak with me. Huge Fail on Mark Gray and service manger for not holding anyone accountable to returning calls. My pilot was not parked in the front waiting for me. After a change of 2 break pads that took over 4 hours. I still waited about 15 minutes for my car to get brought up. Terrible service experience. The receptionist and woman who gave my update were the only kind professional helpful employees.

First of all, I asked for my car to be inspected and for them to rotate my wheels. That’s all I had asked for at the moment. Once I seen the paper work they charge me 135 for an oil change. I did not ask for an oil change & also I did not receive my wheel rotation on my vehicle. I wanted extremely long around almost 4 hours for my car just to be seen and not even worked on. I highly recommend everyone not to come here.

Thanks to Mr. Gray, my experience at metro Honda has reminded me of why I always come back to this service in the first place! My Honda Accord was taking a bit longer than usual when I realized they had not yet started working on the car. As Mr. Gray walked by I mentioned this and he took care of it right away (as a regular maintenance doesn’t take usually as long). Mr. Gray treated me with respect and kindness and got me out of the service as soon as possible. Thank you Mr. Gray, for your costumer service. It’s greatly appreciated.
