Gino is one of the reasons I bring the Seltos to the dealership for service. He is friendly and easy to do business with. Gino listens to my concerns without judgement, ensures he understands my needs and provides prompt updates and recommendations.
Even when he is out, the rest of the crew, whether finishing up service or ordering parts, are just as friendly and helpful.

Went in for an oil consumption test on my 2016 kia soul. Got to the "engine cleaning" part of the process. Within 300 miles of picking up my car, my car missfired on multiple occasions and was completely undriveable. I was left without transportation for days. When they finally looked at my car, a spark plug, coil, and catalytic converter had went out, all due to the cleaning. The catalytic converter was covered under warranty but spark plugs and coils are not. The spark plug and coil going out were a direct result of the cleaning. I had talked to multiple mechanics and they all said the same thing. When talking to Jusin, he said no it's not because of the cleaning. When my dad talked to Justin, Justin admitted it was because of the cleaning but the dealership would not pay for it. I was told by Justin to call corporate and see if corporate would cover it. Justin knowing that spark plugs and coils are not warranty items, and corporate would not do anything, sent me on a wild goose chase for over a week. When I was finally able to pick up my car, and return the loaner, I was told to not bring my car back to that dealership.
Paso Kia is an absolute joke. Maybe you should read your reviews online and make some changes. Maybe own up to your mistakes and fix them. Not treat your customers like garbage.

he looked right at me. Rolled his eyes. And walked away . Why do you you always mess with my seat settings? Just leave my seat alone please!

After all your years of service on cars, I would think the first thing you would ask when an engine light such as ours went on regarding the fuel system is the basic…. Is the gas cap ok? Such a quick fix you must have known about! Yet, you kept the car for over an hour, thus we were charged $75 labor!!! If you could have said: Did you check the gas cap?,,,right from the get go, that would have made us want to return to you for business on bigger problems. But this makes us doubt your honesty.

The person helping me made it seem like the expensive repair may or may not fix the problem, and if it did fix the problem, it would likely be temporary because the system is fickle and breaks easily. He said this happens frequently and across the board with the Kia vehicles. I’m addition, the last time I was in, they said they would check the wiring, but that didn’t seem to happen this time. I was also told they pressed a TPMS reset button, but there isn’t a reset button on my car. When I talked to someone else at the end of the day, they made it seem like the problem was rare. So I really don’t know what to believe, but it seemed like I was being persuaded not to fix the issue. In fact, when I said I felt apprehensive about doing the expensive fix without a guarantee of it working or a guarantee that I wouldn’t pay for the part replacement if it didn’t work, the person said he would feel the same way. So now it seems like I have an issue that won’t be resolved, and I don’t feel like I can trust these mechanics.
Excellent service and the car was completed on time.
As usual, the staff in the service department were very helpful and enjoyable to do business with.
