Good all around service!! Work was timely done
The vehicle was fine, thank you. However, the person that helped us was very prickly. He really set my husband off. I had to dial down the temp. He was somewhat confrontational. The manager I believe (a tall man) left him there while he was on a ridiculous conversation with I believe a customer and left us standing there for about 10 minutes. My husband asked a salesman to find the manager to help us so we could leave. This was all around bad customer service, that all starts at the top. Actually we wanted to find out when our warranty was up so don't have to go there again. Thanks for asking. Candace Harding
Over all very unsatisfactory. I'm still angry at the treatment I received.no further comment. I can't say anything nice.

I was dissatisfied with this service visit because we knew what the problem with the car was on Monday and I thought that the part was in stock because a second appointment was made for Thursday. There seems to have been a misunderstanding on my part that Thursday the car would be fixed. Your service department and mechanics are great, however I feel like I wasted everyone's time because the part wasn't available.

You let me drive away in a car that had not been fixed and left me in bodily danger as it stopped in the middle of road, Less than 1o minutes after I left Kia.
I could have been killed if someone had run into me. Totally unacceptable, and inexcusable. I am still shaking from the experience.

The staff and service from Paso Robles Kia have always been exemplary. They have been friendly and patient with me, I ca be a little impatient at times, and always have been understanding. I highly recommend the service team here.
The team is great in the service center. All of them are looking to solve problems, from the office, parts and actual technicians, and following up to make sure those problems are no longer.

First thing I was greeted by very friendly people. We talked over what was going to be done with my car and possibly more. That was explained to me as well. I was also giving an ideal when it would be done. I had a courtesy call explaining what else needed to be done to my car which was thoroughly explained. Thank you Matt
Gino is awesome. I'm still waiting for the go ahead on replacing the defective parts on my KIA niro.
I hope that KIA makes a quick and accurate repair of my vehicle. I've purchased several KIAs and I hope not to be disappointed in this situation.
My car looks horrendous and I've had so many comments on what's wrong with my car.
