When I needed a new part for the door, it wasn’t explained that I would be charged additionally for painting the new part and that labor.
The entire cost of fixing a part, that should come in the correct colors, was not disclosed and it was excessive.
I appreciate how nice everyone was but it was extremely expensive and not disclosed.
When I got the service yes everyone nice and I was happy but the getting the appointment and the non chaulant attitude upsetting
Justin was unprofessional. When I picked up my car and drove less than 5 minutes to my office, and noticed white "stuff" that looked to be like paint overspray all over my car. When I took it back to kia to show them the issue, Justin immediately became defensive and said he would not take responsibility for it. Come to find out, it was wax, which I still don't know how wax ended up splattered all over my vehicle. The issue was resolved, but Justin was very unprofessional about how he handled the situation.

I was originally told it would only take 30 mins. After 1.5hrs I asked how much longer. There was a man there at the check out counter that seemed discussed by me asking and had an attitude. I honestly hate Kia. I don't think I have ever been treated nicely. Eaither they leave me for hours or they treat me like scum for not buying extra services like tires brakes exc. This is my second Kia and after every bad experience I won't buy a 3rd
