VIN was not verified in order to do software update on vehicle. Wrong VIN number put on paperwork. Requested service on vehicle brought in but was annotated as another vehicle

Greeted with a smile and was told my car would be fine a little after lunch around 1 or 2. I received a text message at 12 and said I could pick my car up. I got there and my car had been washed and cleaned up and got my 60,000 mile checkup done. I ?? PR Kia

I made an appointment for 10 AM and told the service person that I would be dropping off the car early and using the earlybird Dropbox for the key. I called at 1145 to see if they had any questions since transmission skipping is random. The rep said that my car had not been checked in yet because they didn't know where the keys were. He asked why i brought the car in (that was already discussed when I made appointment). He told me that he would call me back after he checked in my car. I never heard from him, so I called again at 230 and talked to someone else who said my car was being worked on and was told I would be called when they were done. Someone called me at 320 n said car was ready, but problem couldn't be duplicated. He didn't have the total and would call me back for payment and leave keys with sales for late pickup. 330 a 4th person called me for payment. 530 I got my keys from salesman and signed repair order. Not impressed with lack of communication and having to speak to 6 different people during repair that might reoccur. And no parts available for recall.
