Staff was pleasant and professional as usual. Service was on time and finished as promised
Team noted tire pressure light was on on the paperwork and washer fluid was low. I got the car and the light was still on. The person at the desk advised that it should go off within an hour. I drove the vehicle at least an hour that afternoon and my wife drove it again. The light didn’t go off. We were leaving for vacation on the next day so I went up to check pressure and found all 4 tires were 31 or 32 psi and they should be 35. Clearly, the work was not performed as it should have been.
Furthermore, my appointment was at 9:45 am and the car was not done until almost 11:45. My wife was told when we made the appointment it would only take an hour. While I was waiting no one came out to give me any kind of update. With the number of employees there that day, this surprised me.
Overall, extremely disappointed in the customer service.
