All went well except I thought I was getting a tire rotation with my oil change. That’s what the others had done. I should have been more specific, just thought that’s what they have always done. Also, I used to get a car wash coupon but maybe they discontinued those.
I received superb service. Everyone displayed true customer service from the young lady who set up the appointment too get finding the KIA delivership. I will tell everyone I know where to go for any excellent place car service. Also,the gentle from the parts department was excellent too! Many thanks!

Latino was great. However, this was after I made an appointment in July/August to have the items fixed. They were looked at but not fixed. Parts were ordered. After calling several time per week for 2 months without getting a response, I made an appointment online. No returned calls during this period.

You need to stay in touch with your customers waiting for service 4 weeks its been since they ordered a part for my car now call or email to let me know the part is still not in. We call and no one ever answers we leave a voice mail and no return calls ever.
