All went well except I thought I was getting a tire rotation with my oil change. That’s what the others had done. I should have been more specific, just thought that’s what they have always done. Also, I used to get a car wash coupon but maybe they discontinued those.

I received superb service. Everyone displayed true customer service from the young lady who set up the appointment too get finding the KIA delivership. Latino was great. However, this was after I made an appointment in July/August to have the items fixed. They were looked at but not fixed. Parts were ordered. After calling several time per week for 2 months without getting a response, I made an appointment online. No returned calls during this period.

I know how to manage companies, obviously, great need for improvement! No excuse for staff shortage, lack of communication or not returning clients calls! My auto definitely needed a oil change with few miles. Hire a qualified staff. I greatly am disappointed, word will get around…

You need to stay in touch with your customers waiting for service 4 weeks its been since they ordered a part for my car now call or email to let me know the part is still not in. We call and no one ever answers we leave a voice mail and no return calls ever.
