Victoria Owens was very pleasant to work with. She was extremely helpful in making sure I got the vehicle I wanted while staying within my budget. She wasn’t pushy or trying to talk me into something I didn’t want. She knew what she was talking about when explaining each different vehicle.

It appears to me that Jake **** KIA Service has gone through major staff changes is the last six months. I have been a JSK customer for many years and I have always had great customer service until today. I did not recognize anyone as I entered the service lobby. In the past whenever I would walk in I always greeted with a friendly hello. Not today. I knew them and they knew me. Not today. I scheduled an oil change and vehicle inspection, nothing major. My wait was a bit long but that isn’t what bothered me. What did bother me was the lack of service and care to my vehicle. Front floor not vacuumed/ driver seat not returned to original position. Agent who checked me out stated that the windshield sticker was in place, it was not. Also, I was not charged for today’s service due to long wait. I did appreciate that. However, I’d prefer to pay full price if the service I expect is provided. I was so disappointed when I left JSK today.
