There was zero communication on the day my vehicle was in your sr ice department. I called multiple times, left messages, and only when I asked the operator twice to help me did I get connected to the service manager. He connected me with the service technician who made excuses and never apologized. Interestingly, the original quote for the work was almost $900 and when my warranty company covered the amount the costs fell to under $600. Hmmm. Not happy.

I asked for two additional issues to be checked. When I finally checked out 37 minutes after my husband (who has never been the person receiving communication) received the text that the car was ready, I inquired about these items. The person checking me out said there were no recommendations except the air filter would need to be changed next time. I’m frustrated that nobody attempted to let me know the car was ready even though I told them I was waiting, my husband all of a sudden is receiving the communication (never has before this visit) and I now have to come back another time to have the additional issues checked. On the way home I glanced at the sticker for return. I assume it was changed because the mileage seems correct but the date is 4/21/21 which is 6 months ago. I am pretty easy going and any one of these would be frustrating, but all of these together in one visit is difficult to overlook.
My appointment was on time. I was in and out on time. My car was cleaned and looked like it was new.

Why is it required to have rotors turned if you’re break pads are not completely out. So I didn’t have my car serviced there. It cost a lot more than planned. Sorry I couldn’t do any business with y’all thank you Anne W
