Russell was great. I was just hoping that the issue with my car could have been diagnosed and fixed.
I called 5 times with no call back or any answers to one question I had. I even responded to the text to call me. I also put the question on the text still…. No response. I received a text that my car was ready for pick up 24 hours after I picked it up. My service is usually great but this time was TERRIBLE. They usually bring my car around to me and when I went to pick it up I was handed my paper and my key with a here. I had to ask were it was. I don’t know what you all have changed but this is unacceptable. This is not including me asking a question when I made my appt. and was told I would receive a call with the answer within 2 days. Still no call. It was literally 6 phone calls and no response and all I wanted to know was a question about my brakes and the cost.
Great personality and knowledgeable about Kia’s. He explains services provided and even escorts me to the car.

Would have liked to have waited as I had requested but was told that it could take all day. I had my husband come to pick me up and less than an hour later the car was done and had to have someone drive me back. I could have just waited as I requested.
Communication and attention to detail seems to be a real issue at this location. They do seem very understaffed so that might be part of the problem. My vehicle has been there for a week now and my warranty company has still not received a diagnostic test to approve a rental car for me while I wait for my repairs.
I did not have any issues getting an appointment, and the service was fast and efficient as always. I can always feel confident that my vehicle will receive expert care when I bring it in for service at University Ford and Kia. Thank you for always providing an exceptional customer experience.

I did not appreciate a diagnostic fee imposed for a service that would be covered under warranty. Then an additional diagnostic fee if I wanted something else checked. I did not have this at another dealership I visited.
Russell went above and beyond in dealing with the Warranty Company. I greatly appreciate everything he did for us.
