We have two Kias, one that we’ve had for six months, one that we’ve had for five years. The new one (a Sorento)had multiple mechanical issues from the very beginning. Our older model (a Sedona), we’ve brought in once for routine maintenance and twice for mechanical issues over the past year. In total, we’ve dealt with the University Kia Service department over half a dozen times in the past year. Communication, customer service, and mechanical service have been really quite terrible. First use of University Kia's service department. While it was a ?onger wait than we would have lived, the work was done professionally and when promised.
The service department was not warm and fuzzy. I felt like I was an inconvenience. Didn't feel professional. Mostly it was the woman at the front. The other people were warm.
Old sticker was left on the windshield, and oil was spilled on the engine.
I would return for additional services, vehicle performs a hell of lot better. Thank you.

The only problem was that instead of the estimated 3 1/2 hours to install the hitch, it took 5.
It was unfortunate that I was unable to be dropped off at home while the car was being worked on, but I completely understand that I live outside of the maximum range.
