This was my first time bringing my vehicle to this dealership. I’m really glad I had Russel as my service tech. He was friendly, thorough and kept me up to date. Definitely top notch service.
I noticed I didn't get my back brake light fix on right hand side. I had told him about it. I guess he just forgot about it.
Russell is the absolute best. Pleasant, knowledgeable, always there for the customer. My friend likes him so much that she’s having her Honda serviced at the KIA dealership. It’s getting harder and harder to find good service, which makes me appreciate Russell even more.

I brought my car in for a repair July 22nd. It required a part to be ordered. I was told I would be contacted once the part was in. I was NOT contacted when the part arrived. I called after a month because I had not heard anything and they said the part was in. I am not sure how long I was waiting unnecessarily for my car to be fixed. When I picked the car up I was charged for the entire repair even though I had previously confirmed that it was warranty work. This was fixed in store in the moment but it is frustrating to have to be charged for something I should not have been and I was the one who had to tell them they were wrong.
Russell is great and helpful. I'm not angry with the service just frustrated that I've had to pick up my car twice and will have to bring it back again because the wrong part was ordered. Dropping off my car in the morning and having to get a ride at 6am is a bit of an inconvenience to do for a 3rd time.
I understand mistakes happen so I'm not going to make a big deal out of the situation. I'm just unsatisfied with the experience so far.
