Erik's service was exceptional. He kept in constant contact with me via text at every phase. He set up Uber for me and let me know when my car would be ready so I could avoid coming in rush hour traffic. Erik checked me out immediately and when my car was brought up it was freshly washed. Nice touch! Best service ever! Thank you Erik!

I’m from New Orleans. I’m a patient at the medical center and my son lives on Wilcrest Dr. about ten minutes from the dealership. I’ve purchased two trucks with you all. My Honda Accord was in need of repairs (probably would not have made it home without complications) I told the service representative I would like to talk to the service manager. The Service Manager was great in helping me. Great Service Manager !!!!

I was mislead with what suppose to be covered with my warranty and I got charged a diagnostics fee. I filed a complaint with Honda corporate office client relations.

The service was fine and Mycla. Sorry I spelled name wrong. She was great. Just 1 little problem. I don't mind in adjusting AC, mirrors just as long to return back where they were. The steering wheel was in my lap. Did not like that. FYI! Just a little tip. I was also ask if I wanted to sell my car. Nope, I will keep it. Thanks, Bennie V.

A simple oil change should not take 3.5 hours before they even started the ten point inspection. I purchased my car there and get all my service done there There is no way an oil change should take that long after the service department acknowledged they checked it in on time for my appointment This is a reoccurring happening
