Problem was fixed, however I’m not sure my a brand new 2021 axils

My husband was told when he picked up the vehicle that everything was ok, including tire pressure, instrument lights, etc., but when he started the car up the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light was on and never went out. Due to time restraints he was not able to go back in the shop to inform them of the issue. He did later that morning call them and informed them about that issue and was told that it probably came on after the fact, but that was not so. They told him that he could bring it back to the shop. The shop probably only changed oil and did not do all what they said they did and now have to figure out a time and day to be able to take it back to the shop.
Mr. Hicks was very informative on the service that was needed for my vehicle and explain what service I will need in the future.

Car wasn’t ready when they said it would be. There was no communication between the lady who wrote my ticket up and the advisor. I told them what I needed and both bearings were on the seat for both sides and they still called me to say they recommend replacing both sides when they were already told to replace both sides. It took them abt 2 hours to determine whether my car was ready or not. With that all being said after abt 2 weeks all the lights in my dash came on because they didn’t put bolt back in speed sensor

We are coming home from beach to Memphis and our car started messing up. I called John and he said he would look at it. I limped it to dealership. He got it in there and diagnosed it quickly. We got ride home and he got it repaired. He was always working hard while he was in there. He is a nice hard working guy. Thanks for the help.
