The service at Meridian Honda was top notch. I dropped our van off mid-morning, and they gave me a ride to my office. Service was finished a little before noon and they delivered the van to my office. The price for the service was very reasonable. Overall, I give them an A+.

I am very grateful that service was fast and they delivered the car on time. I am disappointed that tire rotation wasn’t performed despite me calling about it at 7:30 am and the vehicle “asking for service A1”. My husband failed to request the tire rotation in writing at the overnight drop box. In any case, Mr. John assured me that this wouldn’t affect the car warranty and he explained to me that the best tires are already on the front. Therefore, I could wait until the next time the car requires an oil change. Again I’m very thankful for the quick service offered today.

There was 1 of 2 service issues completed. The vehicle system software update wasn’t completed. Well the alert indicator is still on.
Mr. Hicks was a really big help. He helped us find a tow truck that worked a little later than usual, and it was more affordable than others. He deserves a raise! I have zero complaints.
