The people in the service department are just great. Helpful and friendly.
I called, to see if they had time to change my oil? They told me to come on in with no wait time. I waited it only took about 30 minutes. Good to go again.

The check in was fine. The crew was friendly enough. But an oil change turned into about a 5 hour wait. I understand that things happen and I’m not sure what all was going on that day there so it’s ok. They might have had people out sick or something.
He has always been great with any problem that I have come in with. He has a great personality when working with customers.
Waiting time for service was much shorter;therefore, much more acceptable.

When I picked up my vehicle, the low tire light was still displayed, even though I paid for tire rotation. Also, I paid for an oil change, but it says that the oil level is at 20%. So I don't know if the oil was changed. I am surprised because the service is usually beyond, but this time I don't know what was done to my vehicle because it is showing the same indicators: low tire and 20% oil.
Service department failed to call me back. I constantly had to call and check on my vehicle or parts ordered. Still haven’t heard about pasts ordered two months ago as we speak. People answer the phone didn’t know anything about my vehicle. Constantly being put on hold so they could ask someone else.
Mr Daniel provided excellent service, as always. His and Andy's expertise is why I bring my Chevy to your shop, instead of the local Chevy dealer's.

Mr. Hicks is one of the most cordial, professional, and efficient employee that has ever serviced my vehicle. He should be commended on a job well done. He shows true concern for his customers and takes the time to listen to their concerns. Honda is truly blessed to have an employee like John Hicks.
