Marvin went above and beyond to assure that we were treated fairly and got all the work needed on our car done with excellence. He went out of his way to make sure we were kept in the loop with updates on the vehicle status and more importantly he displayed genuine care about making the customer (us) happy. I wish servicing a vehicle could always be this great of an experience. Thanks again Marvin!

My truck was supposed to be detailed inside and out. Also under the hood. But all that was done is the outside detail. Bianca was really helpful and said I could return next Saturday so they can finish doing the work.

This was the second attempt to come in to address the recall issue. The first time I was told over the phone that it would take an hour which was not the case. I rebooked for a second appointment. It took 30 mins to get checked in as the line of cars were lined up down Western. Once checked in, The service advisor then told me to stand in line at the cashier to arrange a ride. I waited in this line when I didn’t need to. The cashier told me I only needed to add my name to the ride list. Upon picking up my car, I waited for 20 minutes, walked back to check on my car and the cashier told me service had gotten distracted perhaps forgot. I think this location needs more personnel to help and manage.

The work was done to my satisfaction. Unrelated, but related: I had issues trying to pay for the service: a link to my phone did not work and the system was slow in approving my payment; the clerk had to apparently override the system

Purchased a lifetime oil change package at DCH when I bought my car. This is the closest location to me, but it's still quite a drive. (COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT). Made an appointment last week for 9:00am for a simple oil change. Arrived early (8:45) and waited until almost 9:15 before I was helped. I was then upsold on adding a tire rotation too (fine, it's worth it and needs to be done either way). The representative then told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I told him I'd rather skip the rotation if it will be that long. He said it will take that long with or without the rotation. I went ahead and agreed to do it. I waited over 3 hours and my car was still not done. This is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of making an appointment if it is going to take this long. There was no checking in or updates or apology's or anything. When I got the invoice to check out, there was a big flag on it showing the cabin air filter needed to be changed immediately. No one said a word about it and basically shooed me out the door. I'll be changing that myself and I will not be returning to this DCH. Such a disappointment.

My car is still not running the way it should ever since the exchange of the fuel pump due to the recall I still have trouble starting my car in the morning I’ve been in three times it’s still not fixed .

I was told that a technician was checking on my Android Auto right after I checked my car in (about 1pm 6/10). Yet, they kept my car over 24 hours. I had to call to find out that it was ready for pick up. I received a notification that my car was ready for pick up AFTER I picked up my car(about 4:30p)) 6/11).

Arrived at 11am for an 11am simple service check. Finally left at 3:30pm, that's 4 1/2 hours waiting. I wasn't told this upon arrival, so expected 1hr or 1&1/2 hrs. This is not acceptable I should have been given the option of leaving & rescheduling
