Chrissy was very professional.
Way too long to get checked in for a simple appointment. Nothing but excuses from service manager who said "whatever your name is" to me. Complete lack of care or concern of your customer's time. And, no paperwork was provided as to what work was to be done or was done. Sad thing is that this was a specially arranged appointment to fix a prior terrible service experience and nothing was any better than before. Nothing but excuses, insults and threats from the service manager.

I ask the front desk to check what type of coverage i have they told me that if i wanted information on my car i would have to make an appointment with the finance department...that didn't apply to there Department... I also told them to check one of my doors because it seems to struggle to open.... they told me I will have to schedule another appointment so they can check the door very disappointing at the service that I received today it makes me think about it twice to take my vehicles again

Emilio was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is very experienced. We highly recommend him as a service advisor and will be returning to him next time we need service again.
I would suggest on the weekends that you have a dedicated check in line for appointments vs walk ins. I waited 60 minutes to be checked in for a 9:00 AM Appointment today. That’s unacceptable when you book an appointment well in advance. This long of a wait is what will deter me from coming back here again to get my car serviced.
I came with coupon which was mailed to me from DCH Honda Gardena. Michael Lopez even verified with Marvin. But he did not code right, he only put for oil and filter change, did not put for tire rotation. While signing for work authorization I even ask him about price and mention him including tire rotation also, he said when you pay I will change the price and I coded for oil and tire rotation. When I went to pick up my van price was wrong and tire was not rotated. I showed to Emilio (service advisor ) thanks god I marked my tires prior to service which was witnessed by Emilio. I have 4 Honda cars which always. serviced by you guys but this was worst experience ???? I hope someone will be look into this incident.
