Made service simple, to text for status!
Let me start with the “check in” process. Francisco had a horrible attitude towards me when I asked why would it take two hours to just switch my tire (it was being replaced through a claim) even when I had an appointment at 9am. He reply with “I’ve been having appointments since 7am, basically the appointment time doesn’t matter”
I don’t think I’ll be going back to DCH Gardena... the place is always overbooked! I can’t believe it took over 2 hours to just replace my damage tire with a new one.

Maybe she was mistaken, but I don’t believe so. When I scheduled my appt w/Kim James, she tried to charge me $179 to change my brake fluid. When I mentioned I have the prepaid maintenance plan, she told me that only covers oil changes and tire rotations. My response: so you’re telling me I paid $1500 (it was actually $1250), and all it covers are oil changes and tire rotations? And she said “yes that’s correct.” That’s when I told her this is the last Honda I will ever own. This incident left me very disturbed that I had gotten majorly ripped off by Honda and I spent my first family visit in over a year obsessed with reviewing the maintenance contract and other paperwork so I could prove the brake fluid was covered when I got to my appt. Additionally, overall I find the car mediocre compared to my 2012 Rogue which had better features and technology standard when it was 6 years older.
That being said, my service advisor Frank (Francisco) was awesome, accommodating, and professional. When I picked the car up (ready when Frank promised), everything we discussed had been taken care of at no charge and it all turned out well.
The quality of service and time used were optimums
