I was told that if I change the low pressure fuel pipe, then they can test the car and see what’s wrong with the AC when I picked it up. Michael said they would not test start it at all which I was confused because he led me to believe that if I could’ve at least changed the low pressure fuel then it could be done to test it.
Very bad experience. The problem was not fixed
When I made my appt a couple weeks ago the part needed for the recall was never ordered. I took a day off today to bring my car in and was told I needed to come back Thursday since the part was never ordered. So now I have to rearrange my schedule again because the woman that was supposed to to order my part did not.
He was very informative and appreciated his professional and prompt service.

George was great, no bad experience, hospitable & friendly. My downside is the actual service/mechanics. I noticed on my vehicle my rim is actually damaged, scratched, and in worse condition than coming in. I also noticed the tire that was being transported from a storage warehouse in Chino is dirty as well. The entire tire is dirty, not even hand-washed or polished after being changed from a flat. My deduction is my vehicle was driven on a flat, the rim was damaged being moved to the repair shop however far. I believed being told that my tire originally was losing air and will be a flat would incentivize the mechanics to bring a portable tire inflator to not damage the vehicle/rim while being transported to shop, yet I'm sure was driven damaging my rim, vehicle, and whatnot. I did take pictures of comparison before and after and if I could, I would attach the photo to showcase significant difference. I will return immediately to show damaged & rectification hopefully.
