The main reason why I took my car in for service was that I have been getting two error signals on the dash. When I mentioned these things to Eric, he said in order to service those issues they would need to keep the car for two or three days of diagnostics. He did not offer me a loaner vehicle or any means of transportation that I would be able to use during the time of my cars service. I told him that I only had that one car for transportation, but that did not seem to affect his feelings.

Time that was promised was not true. Actually waited 2 and half hours before I went to the service counter to ask what was taking longer than the expected wait time. I was told since the car was there for the recall the wait time thay was in the paper and promised should have never been told to me thay it would take up to 4 hours to complete. Also I understand that washed were not be done the day of service due to the drought but vacuum would be done. None of the vehicle was vacuumed at all. If you have a service please don't make promises to customers that will not be done.

I had an appointment for my car service on Friday, 12/27, at 3 PM due to a recall. I was informed that I could pick up my car at 5 PM. However, when I called to check on the status, I was told that my car was not yet ready and would be available by 6 PM. To my surprise, I never received a call notifying me that the car was still not ready, and it was kept overnight without my knowledge.
The lack of communication and coordination was very inconvenient. When I called Saturday morning to inquire again, the advisor could not provide me with a satisfactory explanation for the delay. This experience has left me quite frustrated, as clear communication and timely updates are crucial in service interactions.
I hope that future improvements in communication can enhance customer experiences.
