The service center personnel are very rude to the customers. I have not found one technician that is courteous or helpful. Every question asked is always answer with a short reply. We always make an appointment in hope that it’ll be quick but we always get the run around and they always try to push the pick up for longer. Please do better, I love my Optima but I hate your service center.

I made an appointment for recall items to be repaired. Parts were not in stock. I specified when I made the appointment that this was for recall repairs Representative did remain chipper as he told me to call back in a week to see if the parts had been received so I could make another appointment. I used part of a vacation day to take care of this and it was wasted time.

The service was not completed. I was waiting for a call regarding exterior trim that was falling off the 2024 telluride with 17K miles. I opted to return the vehicle once the new trim to have the seat recall and trim to be completed at the same time.

He is very professional and patient to explain to me what needs to be done. the price is very expensive. I hope kia will lower the service price. Resealing of oil pan is $600 plus dollars.
