Arrived 110p...left 455p.took me another45min home for oil change and tire rotation.only..was not text car was ready. Other agents went to lobby to let customers know their cars were ready. Last notification on phone was a little after 3pm

Good fast service, and video inspection
My issue was not fixed. I am still experiencing the problem I stated to my advisor, Eric when I first brought it in.
Eric and the service techs did a great job. My only complaint s that the dealership no longer washes or vacuums the cars after the service is done.
I’ve been working with Mike since 2013, he doesn’t skip a beat. Always a pleasure.
I just wish you will wash the car.

Michelle’s service has helped me achieved all the questions I asked. I was surprised to see the amount I supposed to pay. Because when the bill presented to me before, I ignored feeling it was the usual change oil that I had on my first service, no payment. And lesson learned, i have to check everything prior to. I am not used to this because it was my kids who usually bring my car to Nissan before. Thank you to Michelle who helped a lot.
Customer service was great
They completed the re-programming quicker than expected. However, the last time I brought my car in for a window problem, it was not fixed. It is still doing what it was doing before. I need to bring the car is again to get this repaired. Please call to setup a date for this repair. I will need a loaner like the last time I brought it in for the same problem.
