They completed the re-programming quicker than expected. However, the last time I brought my car in for a window problem, it was not fixed. It is still doing what it was doing before. I need to bring the car is again to get this repaired. Please call to setup a date for this repair. I will need a loaner like the last time I brought it in for the same problem. I was told I would get updates, but did not get one update. I had to call to find out if my car was ready after 4.5 hours later. The communication i received needs to improve. I will say the people I dealt with were professional, courteous and respectful. I will be a returning customer hoping for a better experience.

It looks like scam I don't know how you **** up with almost 800.00 dollars for two hours of labor and I'm pretty sure that they didn't do anything they charge me for. I was never charged for service in any service station or shop

Don’t understand why the prices of a basic oil change and tire rotation is extremely high, I get it I’m paying for the labor but it’s still ridiculous to charge $150 just for that. And not even that at first it had came up to $300 because the “advisor” Matt wanted me to buy this premium liquid for the windshield and for the fuel which first of all sound like a scam and are not necessary yet he wanted me to initially pay $300. Usually at the end after I pay I also get a paper with the information about my car and see the status of things such as my breaks and other various things. This time I didn’t get anything, also the website says that every single service comes with a free car wash yet I was told through message after I dropped off my car that due to “water shortage” a car wash wasn’t going to be provided. That to me was just another excuse to not provide good service and squeeze the last dollar out of you for the least amount of service and parts. I used to pay around $120 for a basic service and now it’s $150, crazy how it keeps increasing but nothing seems to improve.
