I have continued to have a horrible experience with Kia. This service was important to me as I hit the 100,000 mark. Never thought I would get there as many people have told me my car was a lemon. Only to be disappointed again, no recommendations for services. After 100,000 miles I would think wear and tear would take effect on the radiator, spark pulls, struts, transmission, fuel system, battery etc. I was told there were no recommendations everything was great. My cars was on the lot 3 evenings & 2 days this was shocking, after insisting they give me a copy if the battery test, it miraculously suddenly failed. How many other things are going to fail? Very disappointed experience and the new guy Mat did not improve anything in my opinion

Michael Connelly is the best service advisor I've ever had. I would like to request him as my advisor for all future service on my vehicle. He's the best in the business and the only reason I have my vehicle serviced at Covina Kia is because of Mike. You're lucky to have him.
