Mike is the best !!! Why did you say answer one question when there were actually two? I absolutely LOATH ??doing these damn surveys. If there was a problem, you would know about it before I ever left.!!!! I come there to have work done not to do work and you guys nag about these surveys all the time and I absolutely hate it.

It took 19 days for them to diagnose my car and give me a rental. Then, even though I had only owned the car for 3 months, I had to prove that I serviced it to get the work warrantied. Also they didn’t extend the car rental and I had to make phone calls before Enterprise charged my card for $1063. Nothing like picking your car up after 51 days and it’s so dirty you can’t see out the windows. Kia Covina didn’t even know I bought the car from them, the online reviews are accurate. Place is a joke.

I am very disappointed with Kia. I was recommended to do both the engine clean up and oil combustion test, which are 2 of 3 steps required by Kia to fix excessive engine burning oil and paid $850. After Kia swiped my credit card with such high charge in order to pick up the car last night, I was told I don’t qualify for engine repair as the oil burning manufacturing defect is only available to 1st time owners. I am a second owner so Kia will not repair the engine even though it is a Kia manufacturing-defect. I disclosed to Kia that I had opened a Kia case and wanted to follow steps to qualify for engine repair. So I disclosed my intention and Kia did not act in good faith by recommending to do combustion oil test and engine clean up when i was clearly not a candidate since I am second owner. I have done all my repairs and oil changes at Kia. Now I am left with a bad engine die to Kias manufacturing negligence, no hope that Kia will fix the engine burning oil and less $850 out of pocket. I trusted Kia with repairs recommendation but feel Kia did not act in good faith by telling me I would not qualify fir engine repairs before the work was perforned. I don't have $10K to fix the engine burning issue or money to buy another reliable car.

Terrible communication from the staff. Not one good experience from all the visits. Staff with bad attitudes. I don’t really think they care about the customer. We won’t be purchasing or servicing our vehicle any longer with you.

Had appointment for three weeks for recall. They were aware what parts were needed. Didn’t have one of the parts. I was told it would take two hours, when I got there I was told two and a half hours. It was over three hours and the job is not complete. Customer satisfaction? No

Eric is very good at his position He texted me from the minute of delivery to dealership giving me updates throughout the day. Once completed he offered to do so much clean the car gas it up so nice and gave me a good feeling on the dealership Now is my Stinger 100% repaired I will say yes and to add they cleaned my engine as antifreeze spraying everywhere loved that! My car looks brand new again Overall 10 out of 10 for a rate on the overall experience TY
