I was satisfied with Michael. He always provides excellent service. My problem is that the price on the Covina Kia website for normal factory maintenance was $183. At the dealer, I was quoted $302 for the package, not even including the replaced air filter included on the website. Thankfully, Michael recognized that this was not okay and provided the service at the website price, minus the air filter. Your business should honor your posted prices. From $183 to $302 for service is ludicrous.

Well, I trusted your mechanic and service advisor to be honest in their work. Two months ago, I replaced the battery and had all of the terminals cleaned at that time. One month ago, I replaced all of the wipers myself front and rear, so obviously they did not need to be replaced because of any wear. I also told Mr Connelly that I did not need the battery attended to because it was only two months old. Imagine my surprise when I got a charge for the battery service and replacement of my brand new wipers. I feel very uncomfortable now that the mechanic didn’t even inspect it prior to replacement, he just did it so he could get the up charge. This makes me very cautious of being able to trust your services. I was not even offered the opportunity to see the old parts that were supposedly replaced.

George was the highlight of the experience in that he was responsive and helpful. I would be delighted to work with him again. My brand new car took over three weeks to fix. Also, I was not given a rental/loaner for the first week. I was told that loaners/rentals are not given during diagnostic periods. Given that it took 5 days to diagnose, it was a huge inconvenience and one I hope is remedied by the dealership. I was told that the Santa Clarita dealership offers loaners immediately. While it is a longer drive, it is well worth it for better customer experience.
