Usually updates take hours longer than 3 or days like 3 whole days but George was one to say Hope Everything Goes well and **** it was only a couple hours. And I got my car back right away- I was telling him that I prayed and he said he would pass that on to future customers who needed the update on their hybrids
Matt was great. He kept me updated and more importantly he got the issue resolved issues quickly
It’s unfortunate the the issues I have had have been software related. Hopefully this’ll be the last software problem

We received an appointment reminder for service. Before we arrived we received a call from the retail manager, offering us a lower payment on a newer vehicle. I explained that when we purchased our SUV two years ago, we paid cash and did not have a balance or a monthly payment.
When we arrived to the KIA dealership in Covina for our service appointment we were informed that the part needed to be ordered and was being shipped from the East Coast.
We initated the service in August and were told that the part was available, but we needed to wait for one more approval on the USB port, that we requested to be serviced as well.
We were disappointed that the part needed was not available when we were informed that it was available in August. We kept our appointment only to leave without our vehicle being serviced.
The service attendant informed me to give it about a week for the part to arrive and if we don't receive a call from them, for me to call the service department to check to see if the part arrived. Not good…
The service was done sooner than expected and my car came out clean. Mr Perez was polite and respectful. The reason why I go to Kia Motors for servicing my car all these years.
Eric provided exceptional service and answered all my questions with knowledge.
