Matt Park was so professional when I took in my car to have the sun roof repaired. He took the time to explain what was going to be done and set an initial time frame. He was very good in letting me know that the time of completion was changed. When it was completed he notified me so i could make arrangements for pickup. I am very happy with the service I received and plan to use your agency in the future. Also, I was real impressed with the short video that was made of your multi-point inspection & report.

Matt was great. However the last two times I was told my car would be washed and it wasn’t. This time I was told that it would just be the windows. Matt told me that the windows were being washed and it would be right out. When it was delivered the windows had not been washed and the tag for when the next service was to be done was not placed on the wind shield. When I am told that things are going to be done and they are not it makes me wonder was the service done completely???? The bays are hidden so I cannot even watch what is being done. When I talked Matt, after I left, he apologized and promised a full wash on Friday when I return.

Picked car up today 11-9-24 and Svc advisor said there was nothing wrong with vehicle. They checked it and drove it and they did not find anything wrong. Well we made it to rose bowl and vehicle with once again the engine light came on and the HEV and the message reads shifting condition not meet. Also reads check hybrid system. So I will be contacting Kia corporate again to have it added to the case I opened. This is 2nd x going in for same issue.
Michelle made this visit extremely easy, efficient and comfortable. Very impressed with her customer service. Would want to recommend as someone who you can trust.
Michael was amazing and really helpful. The next day all my tires were low on pressure . This is the 2nd time this has happened to me after a maintenance visit.
Eric was awesome. Very helpful. Customer service was delightful and professional. But, KIA has changed a lot from new ownership and past ownership. . Prices are way too high for just an oil changed and car rotation. My car was washed but I also was given an email stating that will no longer happen due to water shortage. I don’t think water shortage has anything to do with that except for another ownership thing of making more money. Even down to handwritten reminder tags in window for when next oil change is due. Very tacky. I doubt very seriously if I ever come back. It was suggested to get a full service and it would be $1300 (something like that). That will never happen. I checked around and that is higher than other KIA companies but I will choose where I get my service done. Please note, my feelings of KIA Covina has nothing to do with Eric he was very kind and his service excellent. The guy next to him was very annoying however.

Michelle went above and beyond to help me and was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She answered every question and had incredible customer service. I’ve been going to the Covina location for years and no one has had better customer service than Michelle! Thank you for making my experience great after a few not so great visits!
We did not like our credit card being typed into a computer instead of using the regular credit card machine. And it was done incorrectly causing security alerts on our account when the transaction was declined.
