The service was good and quicker than expected. I don’t know why the technician had to change the settings on the instrument cluster. Looking at the owners manual, can’t get information on how to put it back the way it was. Maybe I should have checked it out before leaving, but why would I expect it to be different?
Car oil light flickers on and off when idle or stopped after recall/repair. Tried calling Eric Perez to follow for advice. No response/on hold with service too long.

Matt Park was very friendly and nice. Helpful explaining everything. But someone took a blue Mickey Mouse key chain with a gold key that was left in the engine with my car key. I have a witness that see it in the car. I call Matt he asked the person who check in my car , and of course he said he didn’t see the key chain. I know what I had and what I left in the car. Checked all over can’t find key chain anywhere. All so my air conditioner is making a wired noise that it was not making befor.????????
I’ve always had a great experience when taking my K5 in… but this time was different, I arrived at 9:30 and my car was at max suppose to take only an 2 hours, I waited until after 12pm and asked if my car was almost ready and was told the “radio update” had just begun and it would be another 30 minutes to an hour … so I said fine since I was told the radio update could not be stopped… I waited until 1:15pm and went back and was told that the radio update had not moved at all so I basically waited another hour for nothing by this time I had been at the dealership for nearly 4 hours and was finally told they would be providing me with a rental car which I was grateful for but what I wasn’t told was that enterprise had informed my service agent that they were low on inventory and I would be waiting a bit .. once I got to Enterprise I waited another hour. My car was finally ready the next morning and I paid online cause it said it would be easier and faster and I would bypass having to go to the desk well that didn’t happen when I arrived my car had not been pulled out and I had to go and wait and line for my keys and paperwork … my car had also not been washed but I just wanted to get out of there so I did but overall was not my best experience
Mike is always so kind. I refuse to go to any other person! I trust him.
