I don't appreciate being sold a $1,900 "maintenance" service and a $92 "cabin filter replacement". Total shark behavior trying to rip innocent people off that don't know any better. Shame on you.
My Visit was Not Good. I was Told I Needed Brake Service My Brakes was At 2mm, I Told George Why was That Considering February My Brakes was @10 with a Green Mark. He Said Maybe its How You Drive, I told Him I don't Drive My Car that Much and I know When My Brakes are going Bad, I have been Driving Since I was 16 Yrs Old, I'm 62 I know when My Brakes are having an Issue and They Are Not. I Told George I wanted to pay $50 Cash, I handed Him $60 and Put $55.68 on My Credit Card. George Said they didn't have Change, So I Told Him just Use the $60 Then i'll Put $45.68 on My Card. I am at the Dealer what You Mean You Don't have Change. Someone Rearranged My Glove Compartment which made Me Feel like Someone was looking for Something, I have Personal Information that was left at the Top of Everything in the Compartment. Mike told Me the had to go in the Glove Compartment to Check the Filter But Should have Put Everything back Correctly. My Paperwork was Never Rearranged Before. Pictures Was Taken of the 2 Filters Requiring Immediate Attention But None was Taken of the Brakes Requiring Immediate Attention and They were Supposed to be at 2mm, At Least I have Not Seen any Pictures. It Doesn't Make Sense to Me. In February Battery Performance & Terminals The Yellow Box was Checked Needing Attention Soon. Today 11/1/24 the Green Box was Checked Meaning Ok, Really. Doesn't Make Sense again. In February My Front Windshield Wiper Blades were Checked Okay, In Which Yes They Were. Today 11/1/24 My Front Windshield Wipers was Checked Okay, My Front Windshield Wipers Need to Be Changed They Smear when I Put Water on Them & Don't Dry. From All the Heat They Need to Be Changed So Why Was the Box Checked Green Today. I Noticed My Car Did Not get a Wash, George Told Me They Don't Do that Anymore, I Told George Let Me Get Out of Here, This is Ridiculous. Also I Don't Want Paperwork Sent to My Phone, I Prefer My Email in Which You have in My File. So Today I was Very Disappointed with Kia. It Kept Bothering Me So I Called Back to Speak With Mike C. About What I Experienced at Kia Today.

When I step up at your dealership a Manager or supervisor heard my problem on my car and he immediately help and assist me have me an appointment for the 4 recall and rear view mirror, today October 31 I brought my car to the dealership and after 4 hours the job was done! All I could say is Thank You!

The person who helped me made me feel like he did not want to answer my questions he emphasized that the person who’s supposed to be helping me is on lunch every time I’d ask him a question, which also upset me because if I had an appointment at a certain time with him why would he go on lunch or at least passed the assignment to someone willing to treat me like a customer of their own and answer my concerns. I’ve always loved coming here especially when Jonathan was working there but the service has declined ever since.
First of all it took 7 days to fix my horn. Ugh. I was told it would take 48 hours. I also only had a stick loaner car available, which is ridiculous! I was deeply dissatisfied. Manger listened, but it was just a bunch of I'm sorry.
Everything went smoothly.
Waited 4 hours and the guy at the front never submitted the lapaerwork. Therefore my car wasn’t never checked for a recall.
