I went in to get an oil change and for 3 safety recall repairs. George did not sound to familiar with the recalls when I asked what would be done for each recall. This made me uncomfortable. They were all marked as complete but I still feel uneasy about their completion.

Oil Change. I understood when he told me once and chose to forego the
Free oil change due to the fact that it was going to still be $49.50 for a
Tire rotation. I did have to re insert my glove compartment myself.
I was not satisfied this time.
With your service. Michael was great but, I had my appointment 2 weeks ago and was canceled a day before the appointment. This is the second time this has happen. For a minor oil change service that used to be $129 now it almost doible.to $300. My car was not wash as usual my pressure tire came on so I don't even know if they were check. In the past 5 years or more that I have been taking my two kia souls for service. Never had a had such a horrible service.
George Arroyo does not fully explain services that may be needed. Right from the beginning he asked for the keys and walked outside to take pictures of it. He did not review this before or after. He was pretty quick to tell me that the car services would be $1100. Before anything I was sent a text message. How unprofessional to not verify the phone number before doing so. After I declined there $1100 services he made a rude remarks saying, "well it is your car." Adding a smile. After declining I said I had a coupon for my oil change and he quickly refused to take it due to management change. The gentleman in the office to his right was kind enough. Thank you! We have leased multiple cars over the last 12 years. I don't appreciate him making that remarks. He finally gave me the paperwork work to sign and told me there would be no car wash. He ended the transaction by saying "ok that's it". I said that it? How long will this appointment take? Where we sit? Do you offer shuttle service? George said, " your dad knows where to wait." First of all my father was not part of this appointment. Second, he should not assume his relationship between us. This appointment to get my car serviced is between George and myself. George needs to respect his customers and make them feel welcomed instead of telling them what he or she needs. What I mentioned is the just the tip of the iceberg. After receiving this survey invite I guess I was supposed to get my car vacuumed and windows cleaned not even that was done. We are in the market to buy or lease 2 vehicles within the next 3 months. With George working in service department we do not feel comfortable returning.
Mr. Connelly was very professional, helpful and provided a friendly Kia service department experience
The service was overpriced for the value of products..
There were things stated that were not accurate and there was no sticker placed with the next need to return by. In addition, the price increase is ridiculous for an oil change.
Excellent customer service provided by George K, great communication and excellent follow through.

It took over 4 hours to replace a 10 inch hose. The windows were supposed to be washed and the floors vacuumed and neither were done well. Also, both times that I have come in for minor problems, the first thing they tell me is that it's not covered by my warranty. Why does Kia offer a warranty if nothing that goes wrong is covered? All in all, both times that I have come in for service, I haven't been at all impressed!
The communication was horrible. Perhaps it was just with my assigned service person. However, I made four attempts to get more information and never heard back. One attempt included the manager being copied on an email.
I'm also very disappointed on how dirty the exterior of my car is. Clearly no one seem to care since we decided to not use The shop for repairs. I assume that there is a mechanism for washing cars at the dealership. It would've been nice if our car wasn't completely filthy on the outside when we picked it up.
Wheels were not properly aligned. After coming back from the service center, my car pulls to the left dramatically when I accelerate or take my hands off the wheel. It was not like that before service.
Mike Connelly is the best. Kept us updated along the way and somehow magically got the repairs done in 2 weeks instead of 3 months!
