The communication was horrible. Perhaps it was just with my assigned service person. However, I made four attempts to get more information and never heard back. One attempt included the manager being copied on an email. I'm also very disappointed on how dirty the exterior of my car is. Clearly no one seem to care since we decided to not use The shop for repairs. I assume that there is a mechanism for washing cars at the dealership. It would've been nice if our car wasn't completely filthy on the outside when we picked it up.

Wheels were not properly aligned. After coming back from the service center, my car pulls to the left dramatically when I accelerate or take my hands off the wheel. It was not like that before service.

I had a appointment at 12 I showed up early and they still took forever to do my vehicle they didn’t pull my car into the back until 1pm and I showed up at 11:42am this is ridiculous. I never had bad service here but apparently this dealer doesn’t care about the customers.

I was shocked on the pricing of an oil change and tire rotation at $300 ! Foe my 2020 kia optima that i purchased at your dealership on july 31 2024. I used to own a 2015 kia optima and its last service on j7ne 2024. The same service cost $140. And they washed my car. Mike my service advisor gave me a small discount but paid close to $270 and my car wasnt washed. I know you have new owners hut you dont do this to loyal customers. I called all star kia in san bernardino and their estimate is $150 with a wash. Guess where im going for my next service. Mike is great not his fault. Owners are greedy. Shame on you guys.

Made appointment with kia connect app. Kia covina turned me away because appointment wast in their system. I have to wait for a month for appointment to see my car. Will never return. Thank you

My major issues with the service were: 1) I felt like I was misled from the start on the timeline of when my car would be diagnosed and potentially serviced. I made an appt. and checked my car in on a Friday. George told me they should get to it by Monday or Wednesday the latest. After diagnosis he will follow up. I kept calling and texting asking for status and it was always excuses as to why they hadn't looked at my car yet. After 2 weeks the only thing I know they did was read the engine error code, which takes a few minutes. Meanwhile I spent $450 on a rental car over 2 weeks thinking that some work would get done on my car. 2) I asked to get the ignition switch recall done on my car when I checked it in. George never got someone to do it over the two weeks, even though the technician wasn't working on diagnosing my car. After 1.5 weeks when I talked to George, I asked him to just do the recall and at least get that done. He agreed, but then at the end of 2 weeks nothing had been done. So that's when I decided to just take my car back because I don't like being stringed along. 3) my car was much dirtier than it arrived. I realize you have a policy of not washing the car, but you're supposed to clean the windows and the windows weren't cleaned. 4) when I came to pick up my car, they could not find the keys or service tech. I had to wait while they figured out where my keys are. Eventually they said the service tech took my car out for a drive. But they weren't clear why he needed to do that. My check engine code was for emissions, why would driving my car help diagnose that? They couldn't give me a straight answer as to why he drove around in my car, and also he never let anyone else know at the service dept., because no one else knew where he was (they thought he was on lunch break). 5) I told George about the burning engine oil issue when I checked it in. But he said he didn't want to put that down because that would cost more than a normal diagnostic. When I called after 1.5 weeks he said he can do an oil level check and start that process. So I agreed to do that. But why didn't he offer that when I checked the car in? In the end the oil level check was not done because he didn't do it in the few days after the conversation and I decided to just take my car back and not wait for them to still do it when I came after the car had been there for 2 weeks. 6) George still attempted to charge me $250 for diagnostic even though they never completed it. All I know they did was the code read. If they did more they should have documented what was done. The web link for the service was never updated after I checked my car in. They never did the multi-point inspection that seems standard from the web link. I refused to pay for an incomplete diagnosis, and George was polite and apologized and took off the charge. 7) George never texted me back, even though I would get messages telling me to text if I have any questions. I would have to call to get ahold of him.
