I waited 4 1/2 to get an oil change. They were supposed to do something else to the transmission but they couldn't and never told me until 4 1/2 hrs later. I will never bring my car back.
George Arroyo is great to work with! He goes the extra mile for me each time I’ve had to bring my car in.
He’s very courteous, nice, and answers any questions that I may have.
I do not like the fact you discontinued the complimentary car wash.
I was very happy with the service that I had and glad that the recall part was available and put in ,the appointment was only a few days from the date I was notified about the part and everyone was so professional and polite my car is running great thank you so much!!????
First off, Michael Connelly was a fine service writer.
My problem is a new car. Should not need an $800 service. I had. Him not doing some things that it needed to bring the cost down to $470 still quite a bit of money. For what I thought was an oil service.
I really have a problem with the way you handled the service. My 21 year old daughter brought the car in for a service that I PRE PURCHASED When I bought the car. She was there for nothing more or less. Yet your slimy service man, decided to take advantage of her and upsell her services she neither asked for or needed. She DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY for those services yet she felt obligated to purchase them. You are scum.

Took an extensive amount of time to get service after making an appointment, car was held after while I was told it would have its windows cleaned and be vacuumed (it never was, and the serviceman had left to lunch and left the car in the lot), and the representative told me that my prepaid service plan would not be honored.
Very well welcomed when I walked in.
It was utter chaos when I arrived and it took awhile till he got to me and there was no one in line in front of me- but there were two people waiting to pick up their vehicles mid-afternoon as it was… he said one hour and in one hour it was- unfortunately, though I waited for my vehicle there no one alerted me and then I got a phone call that it was done- I laughed with the guy and said - I was over there in lobby- anyways he said there was a recall? That would have to be a later appnt and then said to wait someone would get my car out front… after ten minutes and all the other cars were gone I went back inside and the guy said oh yeah- and THEN he sent a guy to get my car- when I got it- it wasn’t even washed , no seat cover and my chair switched around all the way back and back of seat was rearranged it was quick service yet everything else was disappointing and THIS IS NEW management? Hmmm
I appreciate that George gave me that option to pay installment and would probably use it on one of the major service to come. Also happy that it didnt took very long waiting in service center! Job well done!

Waited to have car washed and vacuumed extra timed wasted car not washed or vacuumed! Service department told me why I was extra time. Car not washed ! Person who drive my car up said Covina Kia does not do that anymore. You need to tell Covina service department! On a scale 1 thru 10 I use to give a 10 now it is about a 5!
I was happy with george but when I received my car it was making a loud noise coming from my spot conditioner, that it wasn't making when I brought it in. They took it back and said it was the cabin filter and said I need to get it cleaned out but I could still drive it. My air conditioner is still making tj loud noise, not sore why they wouldn't clean that out if the opened it and debris went everywhere but then again I'm not 100 percent sure that is what's wrong with it. Very unsatisfied, I take very good care of my car. It wasn't vacuumed inside like they said it would be, because they don't do car washes anymore!
I was told it would take approximately 2-2 1/2 hours. I was there over 4 hours. My car sat there for about 3 hours before it was even touched. Service person knew I was unhappy and still let me sit there without an update for over 1 1/2 hours. Then I get my car and it wasn’t washed. The person that drove my car up said they don’t wash cars anymore, only wash windows n vacuum. So I told him look at my windows. DIRTY! I drive from Alhambra cause your service was always good until this visit.
Never got 1 update .Even called twice.
When my vehicle was ready on 9/24/24 I noticed the interior lights were on and would not turn off. Brought the vehicle back and was asked the most ridiculous question, have my lights have always been on. Who in their right mind would get in their vehicle and not notice the lights on inside a vehicle??
Not till the following day 9/25 then noticed my fasten seat belt lights, blinker, high beam lights, and door ajar notifications stopped working. Unfortunately didn’t notice that till I was about to leave the dealership at 7pm,
I am extremely upset and unhappy with the service. Inspection was done of the outer portion of the vehicle when I brought it in, why not make note of what was working properly as far as lights and other functions? At the end of this inspection Kia associates made it seem as though I brought my vehicle in at these conditions.
I’d like to get everything working properly and I am having second thoughts about bringing my vehicle in to Covina KIA due yesterdays service.
No carwash, vacuum or windows cleaning?
