First: He never texted nor called me to let me know my part was in! Two months latee i came in and made an appointment for today at 11:00am! It was a fuse needed to complete recall requirement and i was stuck waiting over two hours!! No communication until I went to desk to ask. Poor customer service rxperience.
The person who helped me check in the car was very helpful.
Waited 5 hours for an oil change was ridiculously. To call to who ever to check on my warranty was ridiculous also. They never did that before. This was ridiculous waiting for 5 hour for an oil change. What was the use of making an appointment.
Other than it took a little while for the the right part, once it came in everything went fine. Thx Michael for all your help.

I had an event to celebrate my Mom’s 97th birthday. I was notified multiple times of my 3:00 appt. I called in the morning, and tried to explain I would be waiting for my car. She showed no caring, and said it depended on the service dept. I tried to tell the service writer and he didn’t care, either. I waited almost 4 hours, for a 1st time service on an 8,000 service. They said due to the water issue, they no longer wash the cars, but I sat in the waiting room, and heard salesman tell new buyers, that they were washing their car, and would pull it up out front. They said they would at least do the windows, and they didn’t. Then Michael Connelly wanted to give me some joking small talk conversation, when I was picking up my car. I’ve bought 2 cars from your dealership, and sold 4 to friends, through my work. I was underwhelmed, and I did not appreciate any of the customer service, I received.
Mike is always polite and explains what is going on with your car and what needs to be serviced.

The diagnosis was weak as in no offer but just to replace engine which is sad that I buy a car from Kia to later realized once it reached its warranty of 10 years or 100000 miles it takes a dump!!!very disappointed in service and no offer of a discount at all
He went above and beyond to help me get my car diagnosed and repaired as quick as possible so I could get back to work using my car. Thank you.

First of it all it took the dealership 3 weeks to give me a diagnosis with no update I had to keep call to know my status then after that the prices to fix a part is outrageous and it took them another week to fix my car a whole month in the dealership with no car loan has been the worse experience
