The time it took to have my vehicle ready was over a month and the lack of communication was very overwhelming. Not to mention the lack of courtesy vehicles and having to work with a third party. I had to pay my rental and still make payments on my own vehicle

My vehicle had zero problems going into Covina KIA. Picked up my vehicle with issues. I was feed lies! My vehicle was not leaking oil or fluid prior to dropping it off. My USB charger all of a sudden stops WORKING!

Ever since I had my Car serviced ( AC compressor under warranty ) My car has had a terrible odor when the air is on.. took it in to find out why and it was there a week only to be told they couldn't replicate the issue.. It smelled like a new car before the service and now it smells like an old mechanics car that smoked in it.. I'm more than upset.. I can barely breath in it.. the only help I received was someone on the lot saying to air it out.. I've had it months now and airing it out isn't working..

Eric Perez did a good job, courteous and knowledgeable, the prices at the Dealership are a highway robbery, charging $250.00 for adjusting the headlights, that is abusing the customer.

Mike was nice but it’s just way too expensive for the services. There are no packages to help with the cost. I would like to see some time of incentive for us customers.

The seat warmers in the back seat stopped working since I got my car back from having the Fuel Pump replaced. Before me taking my car to Kia all my seat warmers were working perfectly and now they are not.

Total service experience with Michael was professional, communicated well, introduce me to the new technology. I was so surprised that Kia is so up-to-date with this wonderful technology of being able to see my car serviced in real time when the technician is actually working on it. Good job Kia!! Micheal helped me by keeping me informed of everything that was going on, notifying me when my car was ready. Helped me through the payment. process. I’m just very happy with Micheal’s customer service!
